While Mikhail Zborovskiy officially leads the project, Sergey Tokarev is quietly shaping and formalizing his new online casino, Cosmobet.
Tokarev, the owner of several Russian online casinos, transferred his business under Zborovskiy’s name, changing the brand from Cosmolot to Cosmobet.
In late March 2024, the project received a license to operate as an online casino, with “bet” in the name highlighting its focus on betting. It remains unclear whether LLC Neurolink planned to secure a separate license or if Tokarev aimed to preserve brand continuity.
Cosmobet is registered under the name of Mikhail Zborovskiy, who previously headed Cosmolot. Together with former “Cosmo” COO Dmitry Dyachenko, he has already visited several key acquiring banks and opened accounts for the new casino.
In addition, according to media sources, Cosmobet representatives have already held several meetings with webmasters and announced the upcoming launch of the project.
As can be seen, even during wartime and in such a strictly regulated market, nothing stops Russians from creating new businesses.
